How to send email interaction events from SparkPost to Coho AI

You can send your SparkPost email events to Coho AI. This integration will allow you to react to your users' interactions with the emails you send them with SparkPost.

  1. Log in to your SparkPost account

  2. Go to "Configuration" → "Webhooks"

  3. Click "Create Webhook"

  4. Enter the following details:

    1. Webhook name (e.g "Coho AI")

    2. Target URL:
      ​https://app.coho.ai/api/raw-data/sparkpost?tenantId=<your tenant id>

    3. Select events to send. Supported events:

    4. Choose "None" as the Authentication Type.

  5. Finally, click "Create Webhook"
